About Me

I'm Chris Baker, a London-based architectural designer and CGI artist. I make high-end CGI - stills, animation and film - for architecture, brands and products.

My background is in architecture: I trained at the Bartlett and currently work at Foster + Partners. But my work has moved steadily from the static render into storytelling - cinematic films that make a space or a product feel real before it exists. If it needs to look beautiful and mean something, that's what I do.

What I do:

Architecture & Visualisation - Stills, films and animation that sell a scheme before a brick is laid. I work on speculative concepts, competition visuals and narrative-led architectural film - going beyond the standard render to give a project atmosphere, light and story.

Brand & Products - The same film-grade craft, pointed at products and brands. Cinematic launch films, hero product visuals and scroll-stopping CGI content. An architect's discipline with light, materials and composition translates directly into making a product look considered, premium and genuinely wanted.

Alongside client work I build CGI content for a growing audience of architects, designers and 3D artists - including a reel that's passed 1.9 million views on Instagram, and dozens of viral posts on TikTok.
